Ingrid Domingues-McConville earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami in 1985 and later went on to study law at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to Law School, Ingrid had a career in teaching and International Banking. Ingrid was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995. She has worked for several law firms in Florida since 1995. Ingrid is a native Brazilian born in Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and has a working knowledge of Croatian, French and Italian.

Her professional affiliations, include The Florida Bar, The American Immigration Lawyers Association, The Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce, The Broward County Hispanic Bar Association and The Broward County Women Lawyer's Association. Ingrid has been published in The Voice of the Hispanic Bar Association, The Gazeta Brazilian News and The Brazilian Post. She is very active in local community service as well as the Brazilian community in South Florida.
